Business Development Manager | Oil & Gas, Transport & Heavy Equipment | Abu DhabiFinstorm is partnering with a leading provider of transport, logistics, and heavy equipment solutions to hire a commercially driven Business Development Manager with established relationships across Abu Dhabi's Oil & Gas sector.This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the local market, has experience operating within CICPA environments, and knows how to turn industry relationships into long-term business opportunities.We're looking for a professional who can identify opportunities, win contracts, expand key accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth across Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, and industrial sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition and market expansion across Abu DhabiDevelop and maintain relationships with ADNOC entities, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and major industrial clientsPromote transport, logistics, and heavy equipment rental solutionsLead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and proposal submissionsPrepare quotations, tenders, and competitive commercial offersIdentify new opportunities, target accounts, and revenue streamsAchieve agreed sales and growth targetsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunitiesCollaborate with operational teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfactionDevelop business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategiesWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of UAE experience in Oil & Gas, transport, logistics, heavy equipment rental, industrial services, or construction sectorsStrong Abu Dhabi market exposureExperience working within CICPA operational areasEstablished network within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and industrial clientsProven success in business development, commercial management, and revenue generationExperience with tendering, pricing strategies, and contract negotiationsStrong commercial acumen and relationship-building skillsAbility to independently identify, pursue, and close new business opportunitiesImmediate joiners preferred.Know someone with strong ADNOC and EPC connections?
