In accordance with UAE Labour LawAbout BOUTIQUEBOUTIQUE is a perfume and beauty business supported by its own manufacturing facility, BOUTIQUE Factory, and an established wholesale operation in Dubai.We are currently looking to strengthen and develop our commercial business and are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to take ownership of this transformation.The RoleThe Commercial Director will be responsible for providing commercial leadership, market insight and strategic direction across BOUTIQUE.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can independently assess the business, identify opportunities and weaknesses, challenge existing practices, and implement improvements.Key Responsibilities* Lead the overall commercial development and growth strategy of BOUTIQUE.* Evaluate and improve the current Dubai wholesale operation.* Assess BOUTIQUE’s existing product portfolio, pricing, packaging, positioning and assortment.* Provide clear commercial recommendations on which products to develop, improve, discontinue or expand.* Identify new markets and develop international distribution opportunities.* Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers and key commercial partners.* Identify market trends and translate them into new product and business opportunities.* Work closely with the factory and management teams to align product development with market demand.* Identify operational and commercial gaps and implement practical solutions.* Develop sales and distribution strategies to increase revenue, market penetration and profitability.* Monitor commercial performance and provide management with regular market and business insights.* Represent BOUTIQUE in key business meetings, exhibitions and international markets.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a commercially strong and entrepreneurial professional who:* Has 5+ years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or consumer goods.* Has strong knowledge of wholesale and distribution.* Understands the GCC and international fragrance/beauty markets.* Has strong commercial judgment and the confidence to challenge existing ideas.* Can independently evaluate products and markets and make commercially sound recommendations.* Has experience developing distributor and retail networks.* Has strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.* Is highly proactive, analytical and results-oriented.* Is comfortable working directly with company owners and senior management.* Has an established network within the perfume, beauty, FMCG or distribution industry will be an advantage.* Arabic and English proficiency is required.What We Offer* Monthly salary: AED 15,000* Full-time employment in Dubai* Employment benefits and entitlements in accordance with applicable UAE Labour Law. * Direct exposure to company ownership and senior management* An opportunity to have a real impact on the commercial direction of BOUTIQUE* The opportunity to work across manufacturing, product development, wholesale and international distribution
