Apply & track with Apply EdgeCommercial Manager – UAEAn established and growing contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across its UAE operations.This is a senior, business-wide position providing commercial oversight across a portfolio of major marine and civil construction projects, not a role focused on the delivery of a single project.Key responsibilitiesLead the overall commercial performance of the UAE operationsOversee contract management, claims and commercial riskManage cost control, forecasting and reportingLead commercial management of subcontractors and suppliersSupport tenders and new project opportunitiesWork with senior leadership to shape and deliver commercial strategyYou will have:Strong commercial leadership experience within the UAE contracting marketA background in marine construction, civil engineering or major infrastructure projectsExtensive experience in contracts, claims, cost management and riskThe ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight across multiple projectsStrong stakeholder-management and leadership skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership position with genuine influence across a growing UAE business.
