We actively build a positive and collaborative working environment by bringing in people who encourage and support their teammates, take full ownership, proactively solve problems and focus on results. Key ResponsibilitiesLead pre-contract commercial services, including cost plans, estimates, budgets and benchmarking from concept to tenderPrepare quantities, measurement and cost models using CostX, in accordance with NRM/POMI and client requirementsDevelop procurement strategies and tender documentation, including BOQs and pricing schedulesManage tender processes, including tender analysis, clarifications and award recommendationsSupport post-contract administration of FIDIC contracts, including valuations, variations, cost reports and final accountsPrepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections, highlighting commercial risksAct as the day-to-day commercial contact for clients, design teams and contractorsSupervise and develop Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QSsEnsure compliance with RICS standards, internal QA procedures and KSA regulatory requirementsRequirementsKey RequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline, ideally RICS-accreditedMRICS preferred, or actively working towards chartershipMinimum 5 years' experience in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the local construction market and contracting practicesStrong pre-contract experience, including cost planning, estimating, measurement, procurement and tenderingAdvanced CostX user, with strong 2D/3D take-off and cost modelling capabilityWorking knowledge of FIDIC contracts and post-contract cost managementStrong client-facing, communication and report-writing skillsAdvanced Excel skillsSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, or the ability to obtain itBased in Riyadh full-time, with KSA work eligibility (valid or transferable Iqama)
