Commercial Manager – Healthcare PFILocation: Worcester / Bristol / OxfordSalary: Up to £80,000 (DOE) + £6,000 car allowance (or company vehicle) + bonus of up to 10%Sector: Facilities management and services | PermanentAbout the roleOur client is a leading facilities management and services business. They are looking for a Commercial Manager to take charge of the commercial side of their established healthcare PFI contracts.This is a post-contract, customer-facing role. You will own a contract portfolio independently and be the commercial lead for the customer relationship.What you'll be doing- Acting as commercial lead on healthcare PFI contracts across Worcester, Bristol and Oxford- Managing disputes, claims, variations and negotiations with customers- Advising operational and senior management on contractual and commercial matters- Protecting the company's commercial position and overseeing contract governance- Managing the financial performance of your contractsWhat we're looking for- Strong post-award commercial or contract management experience at senior level- Experience handling disputes, claims and contract variations, with real examples- Experience on PFI or similar long-term contracts is ideal- Healthcare, facilities management or infrastructure experience is an advantage, though candidates from other sectors with strong commercial skills will be considered- The confidence to work independently and deal with senior stakeholders
