Four Seasons Fashion Ltd. is looking for Commercial Manager (Factory)Key ResponsibilitiesManage all factory commercial activities, including Import, Export, and Customs compliance.Handle Bond License, BGMEA,BKMEA, and Customs-related documentation.Coordinate with C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, and Banks.Ensure timely customs clearance of raw materials and export shipments.Monitor LC opening, PI, EXP, UD, and other commercial documents.Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Customs, Bangladesh Bank, and regulatory requirements.Prepare commercial reports and support management with timely updates.Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production teams.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Master of Commerce (MCom)Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.Experience Requirements12 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Buying House,Group of CompaniesAdditional Requirements12- 15 years of experience in Factory Commercial Operations within the RMG industry.Strong knowledge of Import, Export, Bond, Customs, and Banking procedures.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Job LocationGazipur
