Paris Fashion Week is an important part of our seasonal sales calendar, where we meet brands and customers during key selling periods.About the roleWe are looking for an organised and commercially curious Commercial Operations Executive to help structure the information behind our fast-moving international fashion business.You will work across Sales, Operations, brand information and market research, helping turn commercial information into accurate, usable systems. This is an early-career role with room to learn, develop and gradually take ownership of the areas where you are strongest.You will not be expected to know everything from day one. You will work with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Data, and Systems while learning how our seasonal workflows, collections and markets fit together.What you will doKeep seasonal information, collection readiness, follow-ups and cross-team activity organised and moving.Maintain accurate customer, contact, collection and brand information across our internal portal, B2B platforms, spreadsheets and other systems.Organise brand assets and marketing information so they are easy for the team to find and use.Research territories, retail channels and commercial opportunities using traditional research and AI-supported tools.Prepare customer and product information that helps the Sales Team identify relevant reorder opportunities.Spot missing information, inconsistencies and incomplete tasks, and help resolve them.Improve recurring workflows through clearer standards, better systems and appropriate automation.Communicate across Sales, Brands, Operations and Administration to ensure information reaches the right people.What we are looking forA graduate or early-career candidate from business, fashion management, e-commerce, operations, analytics or a related area.A genuine interest in fashion, particularly streetwear, sneakers and contemporary brands.Strong attention to detail and an instinct for accuracy and organisation.Confidence working with spreadsheets and digital systems.The ability and curiosity to learn new tools, including B2B, ERP and AI-supported tools.Strong written and spoken English.An analytical mindset and an interest in understanding how information can support commercial decisions.Reliability, initiative and the discipline to follow tasks through.Additional languages are an advantage but are not required.You could be a particularly good fit if youEnjoy making complicated information easier to understand and use.Notice gaps or inconsistencies that others miss.Follow relevant fashion brands, products and retail trends.Are comfortable learning through hands-on work.Naturally look for ways to simplify or improve repetitive processes.Growth in the roleYou will begin by learning Flender’s workflows, systems, collections and commercial data. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will gradually take more ownership of the areas that best match your strengths.We value people who improve how work is done, not simply people who repeat existing processes.Location, benefits and travelThis is an office-based position at Flender’s office in Dubai Design District (d3), a leading hub for fashion, design and the creative industries in the UAE.Flender provides a UAE employment visa and medical insurance.Occasional international travel may be required.
