Freshminds is partnering with a public relations and communications advisory firm to appoint a Commercial Operations Manager to its high-performing team.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to play a key role in shaping the organisation's growth agenda.Key Responsibilities-Supporting day-to-day business operations while identifying opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes.-Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and ensure the smooth running of operations.-Maintaining and managing CRM data, tracking sales pipelines, and producing reports on client and business development opportunities.-Coordinating, organising, and delivering internal and external events.-Reviewing, interpreting, and supporting the management of commercial contracts and agreements.Requirements-2-4 years' experience with a background in operations or financial services.-Degree from a leading university.-Strong analytical mindset and confident working with data.-Highly dependable with strong attention to detail.-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.-A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a small, high-calibre team.
