We work with international manufacturers, healthcare professionals and specialist distributors to support product development, clinical education, market growth and the introduction of advanced medical technologies.Role Description: We are looking for a full-time Commercial Operations Manager – Interventional Vascular to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The role will focus on managing day-to-day commercial and operational activities across Mediva’s interventional vascular portfolio. Responsibilities will include coordinating with sub-distributors and business partners, processing product orders, preparing and submitting relevant documentation, coordinating shipments, monitoring stock and inventory, and ensuring consistent follow-up across ongoing activities. The role will also support hospital and clinic visits, product evaluations, launches, training activities and product-related communication with physicians, healthcare professionals and distributors across Oman and the wider GCC. The successful candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of their workload, manage multiple priorities and coordinate closely with Mediva management and the wider team.Qualifications and Experience:Candidates should have approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience within the medical device industry, with strong knowledge of thrombectomy, endovascular and interventional vascular products. Experience working with vascular surgery, interventional radiology or related clinical environments is highly desirable. The candidate should be confident understanding technical and clinical product information and communicating this clearly to physicians, healthcare professionals and distributors. Previous experience working within a medical device manufacturer or distributor environment would be an advantage. Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage operational responsibilities effectively. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.The role is based on-site in Muscat, with travel within Oman as required and occasional GCC or international travel where relevant.
