Concacaf serves as the governing body of football in this part of the world. It is composed of 41 national associations united by the passion for football, from Canada in the north to Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana in the south.Concacaf is committed to develop, promote and manage football throughout the region. POSITION PURPOSE:The Commercial Partnerships Administrator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial rights across assigned Concacaf competitions and events. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments, commercial deliverables, and regulations are accurately implemented. The position may lead defined onsite activities and serve as the day-to-day commercial contract for assigned competitions or workstreams under the guidance of the Commercial Partnerships Coordinator.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Support the planning and execution of commercial rights delivery across assigned Concacaf competitions, tournaments and ancillary events, ensuring contractual commitments are delivered accurately and within approved timelines.Plan, coordinate and track the delivery of partner rights, including tickets, suites, hospitality, activations, field and venue branding, digital content, awards and other competition assets.Serve as a day-to-day commercial point of contact for assigned partners, Member Associations, clubs, venues, vendors and Commercial Venue Officers, coordinating requirements, approvals, timelines and delivery status.Collaborate with Partnership Management and internal departments to ensure alignment on commercial plans, competition requirements, partner obligations and operational readiness.Conduct venue inspections and coordinate venue readiness, including activation areas, hospitality spaces, field and media areas, commercial inventory and other operational requirements; prepare and distribute inspection reports as required.Administer on-site commercial delivery for assigned matches and events, including creative and asset approvals, partner asset shipments, and timely resolution of commercial matters.Support vendor procurement and management, including preparing scopes of work, obtaining and comparing quotations, and coordinating the delivery of services and partner assets across multiple venues.Assist with competition budget administration, including cost tracking, purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations and identification of potential efficiencies or savings.Support the implementation and monitoring of regulatory, contractual and competition documentation, as well as the preparation and delivery of workshops and training for relevant stakeholders.Maintain accurate competition trackers, workbacks, contact lists, reports and other records, and gather delivery data and stakeholder feedback to support post-competition reporting, partner recaps and recommendations for future events.Support business development through category and prospect research, pitch materials and the identification of new sellable inventory and commercial opportunities based on competition-delivery insights.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that s/he can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.1+ year of experience in commercial partnerships, sports operations, event delivery or a related field; football industry experience preferred.Knowledge of football and the Concacaf region, including Member Associations, clubs and international competitions.Understanding of sponsorship rights delivery, competition operations, venue branding, partner activations and commercial compliance.Ability to interpret agreements, regulations, rights inventories and operational requirements and translate them into clear actions and timelines.Strong organizational, administrative and time-management skills, with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, Member Associations, clubs, venues, vendors and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams; experience with project-management or asset-tracking platforms is an advantage.Working knowledge of budget tracking, vendor quotations, purchase orders and invoice reconciliation is preferred.Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or French preferred.Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, approximately 40–50% of the time.Due to the cyclical nature of the sports and entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules, including game nights, to reflect the business needs of the company.This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee can be required to perform.
