Commercial Product Manager - SYS

Job Title: Product Manager- Commercial Business Responsibilities :Responsible for Asus Commercial PC product management across Middle East & Africa- Asus Commercial Product Line – Notebooks, All-in-One, Desktops & ChromebooksDesign efficient and effective 4P plan to achieve organization's long-term objectivesPlan & propose annual/quarterly product plan to management with roadmap for executionDrive the organization’s product & sales strategy through operational execution in coordination with Asus sales team, authorized distributors, resellers & system integration partnersPlan, own & execute the annual/quarterly product goals from a P&L perspectiveEnd-to-end management of product & supply chain dynamics in coordination with cross-functional teams in the region, territory & HQEnd-to-end management of product, pricing & supply chain to achieve quarterly/annual business goalsSupport end-user & channel sales team with product information, pricing & supply chain alignment to participate/win B2B tenders.

This includes planning, forecasting, ordering, resource allocation & internal reportingDevelop strong relationships with end-customer contacts at executive level to gain insight into their business imperatives and IT drivers enabling development of a strategy to sell Asus products & solutions (Notebooks, AiO, Desktops & Chromebooks)Ensure organized interaction with end-customer & channel on Asus commercial product roadmaps. Organize regular product trainings for internal team, channel partners & customersEffectively engage and build cooperative relationships with System Integrators, Distributors, Resellers & Asus Service PartnersPresent weekly/monthly sales progress over regular reviews with BDM & Regional HeadTrack competitor product/pricing to develop competition map & Asus strategy to stay aheadExplore new end-customer leads provided by inside sales team to assess account potential & map them to propose appropriate products/solutionsBe pro-active in regularly collecting market information to assess the demand & arrive at quarterly/monthly ordering forecast on the global supply chain system

Qualifications

Proven track record of B2B sales, product management and business development with exposure to Middle east market & Africain a multi-country context Understanding of local IT market with 3-5 years of work experience in PC sales & product management as vendor or distributor resource Understanding of opportunities & tenders in government, corporate & educational sector in relevance to IT hardware, computing & related eco-systemHighly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality, attention to detail & go-getter attitudeGood communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills. Can exhibit execution approach with management reporting skillsMust possess the ability to plan, structure, meet deadlines and be adaptable while working on a lean team in a startup environment.
