These core values guide every project we undertake, driven by a highly skilled and experienced team.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of high-profile construction projects. This role is critical to maintaining financial discipline, contractual compliance, and commercial optimization from pre-contract award through to final account.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise senior management on commercial risk across all project phases.Manage all contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, negotiation, and administration.Lead development and execution of project-specific commercial strategies.Monitor and control project financials, including cost reports, claims, and forecasting.Ensure compliance with relevant legal frameworks, insurance, and contract standards.Supervise procurement activities and track costs vs. project budgets.Lead preparation and resolution of claims and disputes.Drive commercial process improvements and system integrations.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial/contract management with leading main contractors in the building construction sector.In-depth knowledge of contractual law, procurement, and cost control best practices.Proven leadership and negotiation skills with excellent commercial acumen.Strong familiarity with UAE construction regulations, client expectations, and local market trends.Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CIArb) is a plus.Why Join Us?When you join Ali & Sons Contracting, you become part of a company that is helping shape the UAE’s future.
