Job DescriptionMissionAre you passionate about managing complex industrial projects, working with customers across multiple countries, and driving sustainable growth?We are looking for a Commercial Projects Manager* to join our growing team in Dubai and play a key role in delivering large-scale recycling solutions across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.In this role, you will act as the central link between customers, sales teams, engineers, service experts, logistics teams, and project partners, ensuring successful project execution from contract signing through installation and commissioning. You will also help identify growth opportunities within our customer base, supporting long-term partnerships and business expansion.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who enjoys working in an international environment and making a tangible impact on sustainability and circular economy initiatives. What You'll DoLead Commercial Project ExecutionTake ownership of project coordination after contract award through installation, commissioning, and customer handover.Act as the primary customer-facing contact during project execution.Ensure clear communication and alignment between customers and internal stakeholders.Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service teams, and external partners.Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and drive corrective actions when required.Drive Business GrowthReview and support sales opportunities across the MEA region.Maintain high-quality CRM and ERP data to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, service agreements, and plant expansions within existing customer accounts.Support commercial governance and process excellence across the region.Project Delivery & ExecutionEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within agreed scope, and to the highest quality standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Collaborate within a matrix organization across multiple countries and cultures. QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForExperience3-5 years of experience in project management, industrial operations, engineering projects, or a similar field.Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure-related projects.Understanding of the full lifecycle of project delivery from contract award to commissioning.Experience working in international and multicultural environments.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in:Industrial EngineeringSupply Chain ManagementMechanical EngineeringBusiness EngineeringOr a related disciplineTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms.Ability to analyze project data and identify commercial and operational improvement opportunities.Language SkillsFluent English is essential.Arabic and/or French would be a strong advantage.
