You'll work closely with our Director of Property and Facilities Management and grow your role over time.What You'll DoAdminister leases from signing through end of term and keep tenant files and insurance certificates up to dateAct as the main contact for tenants and help with shopping center promotions and eventsOversee maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, site visits, and inspectionsManage vendors and contractors, including bids, contracts, repairs, and capital projectsCoordinate tenant improvements, move-ins, and move-outsSupport AR/AP, including billbacks, collections, CAM reconciliations, utility sub-metering, and invoice approvalKeep properties up to code, including fire, backflow, stormwater, signage, and lightingHandle insurance renewals and property claimsPrepare reports for owners, partnerships, HOAs, and POAsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of property management experience (retail or shopping centers preferred)Working knowledge of leases, CAM reconciliations, and vendor managementStrong organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationWhy Join UsVaried, hands-on work across a diverse portfolioRoom to grow and take on more responsibility
