Team members contribute directly to optimizing property performance, making this an environment where analytical and operational skills have a tangible impact on investment outcomes.Role Description The Commercial Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Farmington Hills & Bloomfield Hills MI. This role oversees the daily operations of commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight. The Commercial Property Manager monitors property performance, prepares operating and capital budgets, and tracks expenses to support cash flow and asset value goals. Regular responsibilities include conducting property inspections, managing lease compliance, supporting lease negotiations, and ensuring timely resolution of tenant and facility issues. The role also collaborates with ownership and other stakeholders to implement operational improvements and uphold company standards for safety, appearance, and service.QualificationsStrong lease-related skills, including Lease Administration and experience working with Leases in a commercial real estate environment.Experience with Lease Negotiations, including coordinating with tenants and brokers to support favorable and compliant lease terms.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated Property Management experience, including oversight of building operations, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.Knowledge of commercial real estate principles, rent structures, and expense management.Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to work on-site in Farmington Hills & Bloomfield Hills, MI and manage multiple properties or projects simultaneously.
