Commercial Specialist – Blacksand Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-siteBlacksand Company is a real estate development and investment firm, part of the Alabdullatif Holding Group, headquartered in Riyadh. Our portfolio spans retail, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and hospitality assets across multiple Saudi cities.We're hiring a Commercial Specialist to support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and cost control across our development and operating portfolio, working closely with Development, Asset Operations, and Finance. The role reports to the Head of Commercial.What you'll do:Prepare and manage tender packages (RFQs/RFPs), including scopes of work, BOQs, and commercial terms.Run bid evaluations and prepare comparison sheets and award recommendations.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.Draft, review, and administer contracts, LOAs, purchase orders, and variations.Maintain the approved vendor list and conduct prequalification and performance reviews.Track budgets, commitments, and cost-to-complete against approved budgets.Review and certify contractor payment applications for commercial compliance.Maintain the contracts register and ensure compliance with company policy and Saudi regulations.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or commercial management, preferably in real estate development or construction in Saudi Arabia.Working knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and standard Saudi procurement practice.Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred.Professional membership (RICS, CIPS) is an advantage.If you are interested, kindly fill the following form:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScCE3DqGViYiAWf9Uf2qjilrrEIxQ2aMZhrErV-iOwx1GIseg/viewform?usp=header
