Job Description – Commercial SpecialistLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Supply Chain / SalesJob SummaryThe Commercial Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's commercial operations by following order processing of customers, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial part. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high efficiency order following.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow customer purchase orders from order placement to order receiving.Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor sales orders from receipt through delivery.Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP/CRM system.Support pricing strategy implementation and maintain pricing accuracy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, or a similar role.Experience in the FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing, or Trading industry is preferred.Experience working in home appliances is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong commercial awareness.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query is a plus).Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM systems.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong attention to detail.Teamwork and stakeholder management.On-time tender submission.Commercial issue resolution time.Get to know more: https://www.midea-group.com/
