You will support commercial planning, prepare reports and presentations, monitor key performance indicators, and assist with the development and execution of commercial initiatives. Working closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and business development teams, you will help identify opportunities to improve profitability, strengthen customer value, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and commercially aware, with the ability to combine data-driven insights with practical business solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of commercial principles, market analysis, pricing, revenue, sales performance, and business strategy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to interpret business and market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence tools is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Commercially curious, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support strategic business initiatives.Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
