Commercial Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial Specialist with strong experience in Real Estate Development to support and monitor the commercial performance of a large-scale real estate destination in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial performance, sales performance, revenue, and business KPIs.
• Monitor marketing impact and customer experience performance.
• Support the monitoring of investment commitments, assumptions, and key financial parameters.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and performance reports.
• Conduct commercial analysis and identify performance gaps, trends, and risks.
• Coordinate commercial performance across Sales, Marketing, Investment, Customer Experience, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor sub-developer commercial performance and commitments against approved targets.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Support commercial assessments related to business impacts, changes, and recovery actions.Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Real Estate Development.
• Experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, or destination developments is preferred.
• Experience or exposure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Investment.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in commercial performance analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, RICS/MRICS, or relevant commercial, investment, real estate, sales, or marketing certifications are an advantage.
