Commercial Strategy Intern

ScopeThe Commercial Strategy Intern will support the Commercial Strategy function in analyzing business performance, evaluating revenue trends, assisting in strategic planning initiaitves, and improving report quality across hotel properties. The role focuses on data-driven decision support, commercial insights development, and coordination with internal commercial teams. Key TasksAssist in monthly commercial reportingAnalyze current commercial outputsPrepare presentation materials for managementHelp improve reporting accuracy and tracking toolsIdentify performance gaps and summarize key commercial risks and opportunitiesAssist in documenting behavioral shifts or strategic adjustments requiredProactively highlights anomalies, risks, or performance concernsSupport continuous improvement of commercial reporting qualityEnsure accuracy and completeness of commercial data analysisSkillsStrong analytical and numerical skillsBasic understanding of financial metrics (revenue, margin, forecasting)Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.Detail-oriented and structured thinkerAbility to solve case problemsGood communication skillsProficiency in EnglishExperienceInternship or project experience in business analysis or research
