Key Responsibilities ∙Develop and grow NN’s broker and OTA business. ∙Manage broker relationships and CRM activities. ∙Monitor broker performance and identify new commercial opportunities. ∙Monitor pricing, market competitiveness and revenue performance. ∙Develop digital sales and website opportunities. ∙Improve Respond.io, AI and automation to support sales and customer conversion. ∙Work with WheelSys, Zoho, CRM, APIs, XML and system integrations. ∙Research and test new AI tools, automation and emerging technologies. ∙Identify opportunities to improve NN’s technology and digital capabilities today and for the future. ∙Prepare recommendations and measurable improvement plans for management. We Are Looking For ∙Experience in Commercial, Sales, Digital or Technology. ∙Strong practical knowledge of AI and modern AI tools. ∙Hands-on experience with automation and digital platforms. ∙Understanding of CRM, APIs and system integrations. ∙Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial thinking. ∙Ability to research new technology and turn ideas into practical solutions. ∙Excellent English; Arabic required.
