Role: Commercial Team Leader – Power & Energy Sector📍 Location: Abudhabi🏭 Industry: Power Generation / Energy / Industrial ServicesWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Team Leader to join a well-established organisation operating within the Power & Energy sector.The successful candidate will lead commercial activities within the Sales function, with strong involvement in tendering, RFQs, commercial proposals, order management, contracts, forecasting, reporting and team coordination.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Manage customer enquiries, RFQs and tender submissions🔹 Review tender scope, commercial terms, quotations and price calculations🔹 Coordinate bid preparation and approval processes🔹 Manage long-term contracts, Purchase Orders (POs), documentation, schedules and invoicing coordination🔹 Monitor contract renewals and support order, sales and GP targets🔹 Prepare sales, order and revenue forecasts/reports🔹 Coordinate with internal departments and customers on commercial matters🔹 Lead, train and manage the workload of the commercial team🔹 Support client meetings, presentations and departmental auditsCandidate Profile:✔️ 3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar commercial/tendering role with team-leading exposure✔️ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce or Business Administration✔️ Strong understanding of tendering, sales processes, commercial terms and order management✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; exposure to CRM and SAP Ariba is advantageous✔️ Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and/or Japanese would be an advantage✔️ Candidates with experience in power generation / energy / industrial / EPC environments will be preferred.📩 Interested candidates may share their updated CV at recruiter1@earnesthrs.com
