Commis Waiter

Sirene by GAIA is looking to hire an enthusiastic and service-driven Commis Waiter to join our team in Dubai.Sirene by GAIA is a Mediterranean dining destination combining elevated cuisine, vibrant surroundings, and a strong focus on exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who is eager to develop their skills within a high-end dining and beach club environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Waiters and Headwaiters in delivering smooth and efficient service.Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining areas to the highest standards.Ensure guests receive attentive and friendly service throughout their experience.Assist with food and beverage service as directed by senior team members.Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.Ensure all service stations are fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to support timely and accurate service.Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the venue is consistently presented to standard.Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and service procedures.Support the wider service team during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Commis Waiter, Runner, or similar role within a restaurant, fine dining, or Beach Club environment is preferred.A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.Good communication and teamwork skills.Professional appearance and well-presented manner.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Based in Dubai and available for a face-to-face interview and trial shift.Preferred backgroundPrevious experience within Mediterranean, luxury hospitality, or upscale dining concepts.Experience in luxury Beach Club venues.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.Wine and beverage knowledge is an advantage.Who are we?Established in 2011, Fundamental Hospitality is a UAE born company that unifies the regions leading lifestyle concepts.
