An established Dubai brokerage is hiring Commission-Based Property Consultants - off-plan agents and area specialists - to advise clients and close sales across Dubai's market. Success in this role means consistent closings, strong client relationships, and genuine market expertise.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estateSpecialise in off-plan projects and/or a specific area, building deep market knowledgeGenerate and manage a pipeline of buyers and investorsConduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals end-to-endBuild lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral businessStay current on market trends, new launches, and pricingQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience as a broker in Dubai real estateOff-plan experience or strong specialisation in a specific areaProven track record of closing dealsStrong negotiation, communication, and client-management skillsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and market-awareRERA card an advantage (or willingness to obtain one)What we offerCommission structure of 50%–70% + an AED 100,000 bonus on hitting targetDubai · Full-time
