The role will support mechanical system readiness, turnover, documentation, and handoff to Operations within a GMP environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate mechanical system turnover from construction through C&Q and handover.Manage system trackers, readiness status, and Power BI reporting.Coordinate Mechanical Completion walkdowns and inspections.Review turnover packages, ITRs, test packs, weld records, and vendor documentation.Track and close punch list items.Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, C&Q, contractors, and Operations.Ensure turnover documentation meets GMP/GDP requirements.Requirements5+ years of relevant experience in system turnover, C&Q, commissioning, or regulated-industry construction.Pharma, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated-industry experience required.Working knowledge of GMP/GDP.Experience with Mechanical Completion, turnover packages, walkdowns, and punch lists.Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.Degree/diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.Strong coordination and documentation skills.Salary: The hourly rate for this position is 65-75 per hour.
