We are looking for a key professional to lead commissioning operations for major wastewater and infrastructure projects across the Middle East, starting immediately with a key project in Riyadh, KSA.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end commissioning, testing, and startup activities for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).Ensure process optimization, equipment integrity, and seamless transition from installation to operational handover.Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to resolve site bottlenecks.Manage performance testing, biological/process stabilization, and client handovers.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 8+ years of experience in commissioning wastewater treatment plants (STP/WWTP).Required SkillsStrong technical background in treatment processes and/or heavy mechanical plant equipment.Proven track record in managing project handovers and leading site commissioning teams.Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.Preferred SkillsPrior experience with GCC water utility authorities or regional mega-projects (e.g., NWC, Aramco).Multilingual skills (English fluency required).Location & Project ScopePrimary Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Al Haer Project)Upcoming Scope: Long-term project lineup across the Middle East (including KSA and UAE).How to Apply📩 If you are interested or can recommend someone, please send your updated CV to abdelaziz.assem@wabag.com with the subject line "STP Commissioning Manager - [Your Name]" or send me a direct message on LinkedIn.
