🏴 COMMISSIONING MANAGER (CXM) – SCOTLANDGC Side | Full Project Lifecycle | Start to CompletionA major data centre project in Scotland is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager (CXM) to join from the very beginning and take the project through to completion.This is a genuine start-to-finish commissioning opportunity, with the successful candidate helping establish the commissioning strategy and team early before leading delivery through testing, IST and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the overall commissioning programme, milestones, sequencing and prioritiesLead the commissioning process across MEP systems from construction through to handoverEstablish the commissioning team, roles and responsibilities early in the projectCoordinate with the GC, client, MEP contractors, vendors and commissioning agentsEnsure systems are genuinely ready before testing and commissioning beginsIdentify potential commissioning issues before they impact the programmeDrive contractors and subcontractors to deliver commissioning requirementsReview commissioning plans, test scripts, ITPs, check sheets, NCRs and handover documentationMonitor construction progress and understand its impact on the commissioning programmeRecognise the commercial and programme impact of delays, defects and commissioning issuesLead testing, witnessing, integrated systems testing and final handoverMaintain clear and confident communication across construction and commissioning teamsTake a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesWhat we're looking for:Strong commissioning background within data centres / mission criticalPrevious CXM / Commissioning Management experienceStrong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning requirementsProven ability to lead and influence contractors and subcontractorsStrong planning, programme and documentation skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communicationCommercial awareness and understanding of programme impactSomeone proactive who can take ownership from project start through to completion📍 Scotland | GC Side🚀 Start: Project Commencement🏁 Full Project Lifecycle⚡ MEP Commissioning
