Comprehensive benefits packageWorking Hours: 40 hours per weekSector: Hyperscale Data Centres / Mission Critical ConstructionThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join one of Europe's largest and most established construction companies, generating approximately €10 billion in annual revenue and headquartered in Hessen, Germany.This is an opportunity to join a financially strong, internationally recognised contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe.The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and coordinating commissioning activities on large-scale data centre developments in Frankfurt, ensuring that complex mechanical, electrical and critical infrastructure systems are tested, integrated and handed over successfully.With an excellent salary, performance-related bonus and a structured 40-hour working week, this position offers an attractive combination of senior-level responsibility, career progression and work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the commissioning process from planning and pre-commissioning through to integrated systems testing (IST) and final handover.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls and specialist commissioning teams.Develop and oversee commissioning programmes, schedules and execution strategies.Manage commissioning subcontractors, vendors and specialist consultants.Ensure commissioning activities meet project specifications, quality standards and client requirements.Oversee functional performance testing, system integration and commissioning documentation.Identify and resolve technical issues affecting commissioning progress.Work closely with project directors, construction managers, engineering teams and client representatives.Ensure safe commissioning practices and compliance with relevant regulations.Support successful project completion, client acceptance and operational readiness.RequirementsProven experience in commissioning management on large-scale data centre or mission-critical construction projects.Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and critical infrastructure systems.Experience managing commissioning teams and specialist subcontractors.Knowledge of commissioning procedures, integrated systems testing and project handover.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working for a main contractor, MEP contractor or specialist commissioning organisation.Ability to manage complex commissioning programmes and deliver against demanding project milestones.English language proficiency required; German language skills advantageous.What's on Offer?€160,000 – €180,000 annual salaryPerformance-related bonusComprehensive corporate benefits package40-hour working weekLong-term career opportunities within a €10bn turnover construction groupExposure to some of Europe's most significant data centre developmentsStrong financial backing, established project pipelines and excellent organisational resourcesOpportunity to play a key role in the continued expansion of the company's mission-critical construction divisionApplyIf you're an experienced Commissioning Manager looking for a senior position with an internationally established contractor, an excellent remuneration package and a genuine commitment to work-life balance, we'd be interested in speaking with you.Contact Blue Fox Consult for a confidential discussion.
