Employment Type: PermanentThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a leading construction contractor delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects in Frankfurt, Germany.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of commissioning activities on technically complex projects, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams to ensure successful testing, integration and handover.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the commissioning process from planning and pre-commissioning through to integrated systems testing (IST) and final handover.Develop and implement commissioning strategies, programmes and procedures.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls and specialist commissioning subcontractors.Oversee commissioning activities across Levels 1–5, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements.Manage commissioning schedules, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.Liaise with project directors, construction managers, design teams and client representatives.Ensure all testing documentation, commissioning records and handover packages are completed to the required standards.Drive safety, quality and technical excellence throughout the commissioning lifecycle.RequirementsProven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical construction projects.Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, cooling, BMS and associated infrastructure.Experience managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams and specialist subcontractors.Comprehensive knowledge of commissioning processes, integrated systems testing and project handover.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage complex programmes and deliver against demanding project deadlines.Previous experience delivering hyperscale data centre projects is highly desirable.What's on Offer?€160,000 annual salary + performance bonusOpportunity to deliver major hyperscale data centre projects.Work with an established contractor operating in the European mission-critical construction sector.Long-term career progression within a growing project portfolio.High level of responsibility and autonomy on technically challenging projects.Interested?If you're an experienced Commissioning Manager looking for your next opportunity in Frankfurt, we'd like to hear from you.Apply now or contact Blue Fox Consult for a confidential discussion.The Hunt for High Performance Starts Here.
