From hyperscale data centres to complex digital infrastructure programmes, our teams ensure facilities are commissioned safely, efficiently and ready for operation from day one.As our Mission Critical business continues to grow across Europe, we are seeking experienced Commissioning Project Managers to lead commissioning delivery on large scale data centre projects.This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised commissioning consultancy and play a key role in projects supporting cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure.What You'll DoLead commissioning programmes from construction through handoverManage multidisciplinary commissioning teams including Electrical, Mechanical and Controls EngineersDevelop commissioning execution plans, schedules and proceduresDrive project safety culture and commissioning best practicesCoordinate contractors, vendors, client stakeholders and operations teamsLead FATs, SATs, integrated systems testing (IST) and final turnover activitiesManage project reporting, risk registers, issue resolution and change controlEnsure successful project delivery against schedule, quality and performance objectivesAct as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the commissioning lifecycleWhat We're Looking For8+ years' experience in mission critical, data centre or complex infrastructure projectsExperience leading commissioning activities on large scale projectsStrong understanding of MEP systems and critical environmentsExperience with commissioning plans, procedures and integrated testingExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced project environmentPMP or equivalent project management certification desirableAble to work in the EU without sponsorship now or in the futureWhy Join CAI?Exposure to high profile hyperscale projectsInternational project opportunitiesStrong technical and professional development supportOpportunity to work alongside recognised industry expertsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
