Communication TrainerRole Description The Communication Trainer will design and deliver training programs that enhance learners’ verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves conducting interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching for diverse groups of professionals. The trainer will assess communication needs, develop curricula and training materials, and tailor content to different roles, industries, and cultural contexts. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans, facilitating role-plays and practice activities, providing performance feedback, and tracking progress and outcomes. The role also requires collaborating with recruitment and client teams to align training objectives with organizational goals and participant expectations.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for diverse audiences.Candidates should possess Training and Curriculum Development skills, including designing modules, lesson plans, and assessment tools.Candidates should possess Writing skills for preparing training content, documentation, and feedback reports.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Education, HR, or a related field are preferred.Prior experience as a communication or soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or language trainer is highly beneficial.Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities, with comfort in classroom and workshop settings.Good command of English and, ideally, familiarity with at least one foreign language or exposure to multicultural work environments.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, manage schedules, and use basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, online training aids).
