Communication Trainer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Communication Trainer to train students in English communication and assess their proficiency based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) rating system. The trainer will be responsible for improving students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while providing structured feedback and CEFR-based assessments.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop customized lesson plans based on students’ communication levels, learning needs, and career goals.Conduct interactive communication training sessions focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.Use effective teaching methods such as group discussions, role-plays, presentations, debates, videos, audio recordings, and online learning resources.Assess and evaluate students using the CEFR rating framework, including levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2.Conduct speaking assessments and provide CEFR-based ratings and detailed performance feedback.Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and overall communication.Provide individual feedback and personalized improvement plans to help students progress to higher CEFR levels.Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation sessions to improve students’ employability and professional communication skills.Maintain student assessment records, attendance, progress reports, and CEFR rating data.Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the communication training program.Stay updated with the latest communication training methodologies, CEFR assessment practices, and digital learning tools.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, TESOL, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong understanding of the CEFR framework and proficiency levels.Experience in conducting English language or communication assessments and providing CEFR ratings.Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.Strong presentation, interpersonal, and student mentoring skills.Experience in teaching college students, fresh graduates, or working professionals will be an added advantage.Experience5 years of experience in Communication Training, English Language Training, or Soft Skills Training.Key CompetenciesCEFR Assessment & RatingEnglish Communication TrainingSpeaking & Listening Skills DevelopmentGrammar, Vocabulary & PronunciationPresentation & Public SpeakingInterview PreparationStudent Assessment & FeedbackTraining Material DevelopmentClassroom Management
