The company offers a dynamic learning environment and a mission-driven culture focused on student success.Role DescriptionThe Communication Trainer (Entry-Level) will deliver interactive classroom sessions to students, focusing on spoken English, presentation skills, and overall professional communication. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves planning and conducting training programs, facilitating group activities, and guiding learners through practice exercises and assessments. The trainer will support curriculum implementation, provide constructive feedback on student performance, and help learners build confidence for interviews and workplace communication. Additional responsibilities include maintaining training records, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and continuously improving training methods based on learner needs and feedback.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including spoken and written English, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.Training and facilitation skills, with the ability to conduct interactive sessions, manage classrooms, and support learners at varying proficiency levels.Curriculum Development and Writing skills to adapt learning materials, create exercises, and contribute to lesson plans or training content.Intercultural Communication awareness, with sensitivity to varied backgrounds and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in English, Education, Communication, or related fields are an advantage.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple batches and adhere to training schedules.Comfort with basic digital tools (presentations, learning platforms, video conferencing) for instructional delivery and reporting.Genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping students prepare for placements and professional growth.Note:1. Able to start the work from Monday onwards (7th Sep 26)2. Working Days: Mon to Sat (8:00 to 4:00)3. Entry Level profile and Salary is Negotiable without TFA
