Location: San Jose, CATeam: CommunicationSalary Range: 80k+Job Description:We are looking for Communications AssociateResponsibilitiesProvide professional consecutive interpretation and/or simultaneous interpretation Chinese Mandarin-English and English-Chinese Mandarin interpretation for business meetings, conference calls, presentations, and other business activities.Translate and proofread business, administrative, legal, and project-related documents between English and Mandarin Chinese.Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up action lists.Develop and maintain familiarity with industry-specific terminology related to real estate development, finance, architecture, planning, construction, leasing, and government approvals.Maintain organized records of meeting notes, project documentation, and key business communications.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of translated and documented information.Work closely with executives, project teams, consultants, attorneys, architects, brokers, and other internal and external stakeholders as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of professional interpretation and/or translation experience, preferably in a corporate, legal, finance, real estate, or related professional environment.Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to provide both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation in professional business settings.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.About IntelliPro:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro Group is a global talent and business solutions provider serving clients in over 160 countries, including the U.S., China, Canada, Singapore, Japan, the U.K., and the EU.
