Communications Manager

Responsibilities

Provide communication strategic counseling to the business partners in the Hong Kong marketDefine and prioritize communication needs of the businesses, identify communications opportunities to adapt business needs and develop overarching communications strategiesDevelop close relations with the press and journalists who cover relevant territories, as well as maintain/deepen relationship with exiting contactsDevelop content strategy, manage content calendar and create compelling content and communications materialsManage communications in crisis situationsHandle media enquiries and interviews to generate positive coverage that elevate brandsCoordinate and negotiate with PR agencies on events, issues and other activitiesWork with company’s global and local teams to plan and execute integrated communications campaigns

Requirements

Degree holder of Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Translation or Business and Finance or related disciplineAround 8 years of experience, preferably in corporate communications or public relationsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, can present ideas and stories in a concise and organized mannerPrevious working experience with finance industry is a plus
