Job Title: Community & Operations Associate

Location: San Francisco, CA · Full-time, onsiteThe roleWe're looking for an exceptionally organized, reliable person to run the day-to-day of our community and events in San Francisco.

You'll make sure every event runs smoothly, every follow-up gets sent, and every detail is handled without anyone having to ask twice.What we're looking forYou're extremely reliable and follow through on what you say you'll doStrong attention to detail: you catch the typo, the double booking, the missing name tagClear, warm written and verbal communicationComfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Luma, Airtable (or quick to learn them)You're energized by people and happy hosting a roomAble to work onsite in SF, including some evenings and occasional weekends for eventsFresh grads welcome, and no specific degree is required. Experience running a student org, events, hospitality, or any role where you had to be on top of logistics is a plus
