We are looking for a warm, proactive, and community-minded Host (Community & Social Media Coordinator) to become the face of Monday Co-working.This role is primarily focused on creating a welcoming, engaging, and well-organized experience for our members and guests. As the host of Monday Co-working, you will be responsible for the day-to-day community experience, building relationships with members, supporting community events, and helping create content that reflects the Monday Co-working lifestyle and community.You should be someone who naturally enjoys meeting people, creating connections, organizing activities, and being active within a community.Key Responsibilities1. Community Hosting & Daily OperationsAct as the main host and point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at Monday Co-working.Welcome and engage with members and ensure they feel comfortable, valued, and connected.Maintain a friendly, professional, and energetic atmosphere within the co-working space.Assist members with general questions, requests, and day-to-day needs.Build strong relationships with regular members and understand their needs and interests.Encourage interaction and connection between members where appropriate.Monitor the overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and presentation of community areas and coordinate with the relevant team when action is required.Support basic administrative and operational tasks related to the member experience.2. Community Engagement & EventsPlan, coordinate, and execute community activities and events at Monday Co-working.Develop ideas for regular events such as networking sessions, workshops, social gatherings, wellness activities, creative sessions, and community meet-ups.Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, communication, setup, guest coordination, and follow-up.Encourage member participation and create opportunities for members to connect with each other.Collaborate with external partners, speakers, creators, and local businesses for community activities.Collect feedback from members and use it to improve future events and the overall community experience.Help create a strong sense of belonging and community within Monday Co-working.3. Social Media & ContentManage and maintain Monday Co-working's social media presence, particularly Instagram and other relevant platforms.Create and coordinate content showcasing the space, members, events, activities, and community moments.Capture simple photo and video content during daily activities and events.Develop social media content ideas that reflect the personality, lifestyle, and community of Monday Co-working.Prepare and maintain a basic content calendar.Write engaging captions and community-focused social media copy.Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, or external creative partners when required.Monitor social media engagement and respond to relevant comments and messages.Identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and community growth through social media.4. Community CommunicationCommunicate upcoming events, activities, announcements, and important information to members.Manage community communication channels and ensure information is shared clearly and on time.Encourage members to participate in events, activities, and community initiatives.Gather member feedback, suggestions, and ideas.Maintain a positive and engaging relationship with the Monday Co-working community both online and offline.5. Brand & Community ExperienceRepresent the personality, values, and lifestyle of Monday Co-working in daily interactions.Ensure every member and visitor receives a welcoming and memorable experience.Help develop Monday Co-working into more than just a workspace — a place where people can work, connect, socialize, and belong.Identify opportunities to improve the overall member journey and community experience.Collaborate with the wider team to support campaigns, partnerships, and special projects.RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in community management, hospitality, co-working, events, social media, lifestyle, or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Naturally friendly, approachable, and comfortable meeting new people.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.Comfortable hosting and engaging with groups of people.Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.Able to create simple photo/video content using a phone.Creative, proactive, and confident in bringing new community ideas to life.Good written and spoken English.Comfortable working in a dynamic, social, and people-focused environment.The Ideal PersonWe are looking for someone who is:People-oriented — you genuinely enjoy meeting and connecting with people.Energetic & welcoming — you bring positive energy into the space.Organized — you can turn an idea into a well-executed event.Creative — you naturally spot content and community opportunities.Proactive — you don't wait to be told what needs to be done.Socially confident — you're comfortable hosting, speaking, and engaging with different personalities.Community-minded — you care about creating meaningful connections, not just filling a calendar with events.Key Success MeasuresSuccess in this role will be measured through:Member satisfaction and engagement.Quality and consistency of the Monday Co-working experience.Community participation in events and activities.Number and quality of community initiatives delivered.Social media consistency and engagement.Growth of the Monday Co-working community.Quality of relationships built with members, partners, and guests.
