Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Remote with required travelContract: 14 months, with potential 3-month extensionExperience: Minimum 8 yearsSector: Gaming, Esports, Festivals & Live EntertainmentAbout the OpportunityWe are recruiting an experienced Community and General Entertainment Integration Manager to support a major international gaming and esports festival programme in Saudi Arabia.This is an exciting opportunity for a live entertainment and festival programming professional with proven experience creating engaging community experiences, managing main-stage entertainment and delivering large-scale, multi-week event programmes.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating entertainment activities across festival common areas, fan zones and community spaces, ensuring a varied and engaging visitor experience throughout the event.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate entertainment programming across festival common areas, main stages and community spaces.Develop multi-week entertainment calendars, including live performances, fan activities, community events and special programming.Create engaging experiences for diverse audiences, including gaming fans, families and general visitors.Design and manage rotating entertainment content to maintain audience engagement throughout the festival.Coordinate main-stage programming, weekly highlights and major entertainment moments.Develop practical programming plans covering audience capacity, visitor throughput, space requirements and staffing.Collaborate with event planning, production, venue operations and technical delivery teams.Manage programme schedules, content updates and live-event changes.Ensure entertainment activities align with wider festival programming and operational requirements.Essential RequirementsMinimum 8 years' relevant experience in entertainment, community or festival programming for large-scale live events.Proven experience delivering at least two live event seasons.Demonstrated hands-on experience personally developing multi-week entertainment calendars, content rotations and main-stage programmes.Strong understanding of live entertainment, festival programming and audience engagement.Experience planning entertainment formats with consideration for audience capacity, staffing and venue space.Proven ability to coordinate multiple entertainment activities and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.Professional English communication skills.Desirable ExperienceExperience programming major gaming, esports, pop-culture or international entertainment festivals.Background in fan zones, community activations, family entertainment and interactive visitor experiences.Experience developing programmes involving international entertainment partners and diverse audiences.Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.Arabic or Japanese language skills.Working ArrangementsTwo potential working arrangements are available:Riyadh-based: Working from the project office, with relocation and visa support subject to agreed terms.Remote-based: Working Sunday to Thursday on Riyadh business hours, with required travel to Saudi Arabia.Candidates must be available onsite in Riyadh during the required festival operating periods in July–August and November 2027.This is a full-time, fixed-term engagement requiring dedicated involvement throughout the programme.How to ApplyIf you have a strong background in live entertainment programming, community engagement and major festival delivery, we would like to hear from you.Please apply with your updated CV and details of relevant festivals or entertainment programmes you have personally delivered.Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous multi-week programming experience, including main-stage schedules, entertainment calendars and live-event delivery.
