Our work focuses on education, economic opportunity, health awareness, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community-driven initiatives that help women become independent, confident, and empowered.We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual who wants to be part of building and expanding meaningful initiatives for women in India, the United States, and globally.About the RoleWe are looking for someone with experience working with or volunteering for nonprofit organizations, NGOs, community organizations, or social-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about women's empowerment and comfortable communicating with women from different professional, social, and cultural backgrounds.This person will play an important role in developing and coordinating new initiatives for Global Women Power, including connecting with successful women, building relationships with professionals and community leaders, developing awareness initiatives, and supporting upcoming media and podcast projects.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with successful, inspiring, and accomplished women across different industries and professions.Build and maintain relationships with women professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, educators, social workers, and changemakers.Support the development and execution of women's empowerment initiatives and community programs.Coordinate with women and organizations in both the U.S. and India.Research potential speakers, mentors, guests, partners, and organizations for GWP initiatives.Assist in developing and coordinating a Global Women Power podcast and other media initiatives featuring inspiring women and their stories.Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, and other communication channels.Coordinate interviews, meetings, events, and conversations with potential participants and partners.Help identify women who are making meaningful contributions in business, technology, healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, social work, leadership, and other fields.Support awareness campaigns and initiatives designed to amplify women's voices and achievements.Maintain organized records of contacts, partnerships, conversations, and ongoing initiatives.Work with the internal team to develop new programs, partnerships, and opportunities that align with GWP's mission.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience working with or volunteering for a nonprofit organization, NGO, community organization, or social-impact initiative is strongly preferred.Experience working with organizations in India, the U.S., or both will be an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent English speaking and written communication skills.Comfortable communicating with professionals, business owners, executives, community leaders, and other accomplished individuals.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Excellent research, organization, and follow-up skills.Comfortable making professional calls and conducting outreach.Ability to independently manage conversations, follow-ups, and ongoing relationships.Passion for women's empowerment, equality, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and social impact.Experience with social media, LinkedIn outreach, podcast coordination, interviews, or community engagement will be an advantage.Who We’re Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone who is not simply looking for a job but wants to contribute to a meaningful mission.You should be someone who enjoys meeting people, hearing their stories, building relationships, finding opportunities, and turning conversations into meaningful initiatives.Experience in nonprofit work is highly valued, but we are equally interested in candidates who have demonstrated strong community involvement, volunteering experience, networking abilities, or a genuine commitment to creating positive social impact.Work ScheduleFull-timeNight ShiftOnsiteMonday–FridaySaturday & Sunday offU.S. federal holidays offWhat You Can ExpectOpportunity to work directly on women's empowerment and social-impact initiatives.Opportunity to connect with successful women, entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders, and changemakers.Opportunity to help develop and coordinate GWP's upcoming podcast and media initiatives.Exposure to nonprofit and community-development projects across India and the U.S.A meaningful opportunity to contribute to initiatives focused on helping women lead, earn, learn, and inspire others.If you are passionate about women's empowerment, enjoy connecting with people, and have experience in nonprofit, NGO, volunteering, community engagement, or social-impact work, we would love to hear from you.
