We work with a network of 5,000+ college societies and student communities to run campus campaigns, community partnerships, promotions, and on-ground activations.Our focus is simple: get brands in front of students in ways students actually respond to.The RoleWe're hiring Community Leads to build and grow HYPEDIN's student network across colleges.This is a good fit if you understand college culture, like working with students, and can hold relationships with society heads, club leads, and campus organisers. You'll own community growth, run our campus ambassador programs, and make sure students show up for HYPEDIN campaigns.Most of the job is people work: reaching out, following up, coordinating a lot of moving parts, and getting things done without being chased.What You'll DoCommunity buildingBuild and hold relationships with students, societies, clubs, and campus leadersGrow HYPEDIN's network of student communities across collegesFind active communities, student influencers, and potential campus partnersKeep the community engaged through regular activity and initiativesBe the main point of contact for student communities and campus repsCampus ambassador programRecruit, onboard, and manage student ambassadorsSet clear tasks, targets, and deadlinesTrack performance and deliverablesKeep good ambassadors motivated and aroundBuild a campus leadership layer that supports our campaignsCampaigns and eventsWork with student communities to run brand campaigns and campus activationsMobilise students for events, workshops, competitions, and promotionsHit participation targets and make sure campaigns reach the right audienceCoordinate with our internal ops and brand teamsHandle on-ground issues as they come upTracking and reportingMaintain community, ambassador, and engagement trackersTrack participation, reach, conversions, and campaign metricsShare regular updates on community performanceSpot where engagement is dropping and fix itBring new ideas for growing the communityWhat We're Looking ForExperience with campus communities, college societies, events, student programs, or ambassador programs (a strong plus)Solid understanding of college cultureStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to juggle multiple people and stakeholders at onceComfortable cold-reaching new people and building from scratchOwnership and follow-throughOrganised, proactive, and comfortable with targets and deadlinesAble to work independently and move fastNice to HaveRan a campus ambassador or student community program beforeWorked with college societies, clubs, fests, or student bodiesBackground in community building, events, marketing, or youth engagementAn existing network across collegesExperience managing a team of student ambassadorsExperience scaling a program across multiple campuses
