- Manage Telegram, Discord, X and Reddit communities.
- Develop daily and weekly engagement plans and manage regional moderators.
- Organize AMAs, competitions, missions, campaigns and community events.
- Engage users, collect feedback and identify potential ambassadors.
- Support KOL/Affiliate campaigns and work with CRM on community-to-user conversion.
- Manage FUD, spam, scams and misinformation; escalate product/customer issues.

- Large online community management experience
- Telegram/Discord/X/Reddit expertise
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3 and digital-asset markets
- Strong internet/crypto culture awareness
- Crisis-management capability
- Creative and highly responsive
- Professional English proficiency, with the ability to work confidently in an international business environment
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, trading products and the global crypto market
