PositionCommunity Manager – Blockchain / Web3DepartmentMarketing & Community GrowthEmployment TypeFull-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and experienced Community Manager with a strong understandingof Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, and emerging technologies.The Community Manager will be responsible for building, growing, and engaging our online communityacross platforms such as Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, and other Web3communities.The ideal candidate should understand blockchain audiences, communicate confidently with globalusers, and help transform community engagement into brand awareness, user growth, partnerships,and long-term community loyalty.Key Responsibilities·      Build and manage active communities across Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and·      other relevant platforms.·      Develop and execute community growth and engagement strategies.·      Maintain daily communication with community members and respond to questions, feedback,·      and concerns.·      Educate users about the company's blockchain ecosystem, products, features, and updates.·      Create engaging community content including announcements, polls, discussions, AMAs,·      contests, campaigns, and educational posts.·      Organize and moderate AMA sessions, Twitter/X Spaces, webinars, community calls, and·      online events.·      Work closely with marketing, content, product, business development, and technical teams.·      Collect community feedback and communicate important insights to internal teams.·      Monitor conversations around the brand, blockchain industry, competitors, and relevant trends.·      Identify potential influencers, ambassadors, KOLs, partners, and community collaborations.·      Develop ambassador and referral programs to support organic community growth.·      Manage community moderators and establish moderation guidelines where required.·      Prevent spam, scams, misinformation, and inappropriate activities within community channels.·      Support product launches, campaigns, ecosystem announcements, and token/project-related·      communication where applicable.·      Track community performance and provide regular reports on growth and engagement.·      Help convert community members into active platform users and brand advocates.Required Skills & Experience·      2–4+ years of experience in Community Management, preferably within the Blockchain,·      Crypto, Web3, FinTech, AI, or technology industry.·      Strong understanding of Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, crypto ecosystems, wallets, tokens,·      and decentralized technologies.·      Hands-on experience managing Telegram and Discord communities.·      Good understanding of X/Twitter and Web3 community culture.·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.·      Strong moderation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.·      Ability to simplify technical blockchain concepts for non-technical audiences.·      Experience running AMAs, Spaces, contests, community campaigns, and engagement activities.·      Ability to work with international and multicultural communities.·      Strong understanding of community metrics and reporting.Preferred Qualifications·      Previous experience working with a Blockchain, Web3, Crypto, Exchange, DeFi, AI, or technology·      company.·      Existing network within blockchain or Web3 communities.·      Experience working with influencers, KOLs, ambassadors, and ecosystem partners.·      Knowledge of tools such as Discord bots, Telegram bots, community analytics, social scheduling,·      and reporting platforms.·      Understanding of Web3 marketing and user acquisition strategies.·      Experience supporting blockchain product or platform launches will be an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·      Performance may be evaluated based on:·      Community growth·      Active community members·      Engagement rate·      Response time·      User retention·      Event/AMA participation·      Community-generated referrals·      Sentiment and community satisfaction·      Conversion of community members into active users·      Ambassador/KOL participation·      Organic brand mentions and community reachIdeal Candidate·      You are someone who:·      Lives and understands the Web3 community culture.·      Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships.·      Can create conversations instead of simply publishing announcements.·      Understands how to turn followers into an engaged community.·      Is proactive, creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving technology·      environment.·      Can represent the company professionally while maintaining an authentic community voice.
