You make sure every building feels good, runs smoothly, and delivers the kind of member experience people remember.You’ll be the eyes, ears, and heartbeat of your buildings, shaping the day-to-day experience of our community and ensuring our spaces stay inspiring, functional, and loved.This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in good work, and loves improving things. You’ll be part of a values-led team that cares about design, community, and doing the right thing.What You’ll DoCommunity & Member Experience. Create a warm, welcoming environment for members and guests (pets included).Build meaningful relationships by learning names, noticing details, and being available when people need support.Deliver an engaging calendar of community events, from idea generation to logistics to gathering feedback.Gather member insights and use them to improve how our spaces feel and function.Provide confident, friendly front-of-house support during building hours and be a reliable point of contact for both members and the internal team.Building OperationsRun the daily operation of your buildings so everything feels intentional, calm, and well managed.Lead tours and follow up with prospective members, providing pricing and information when needed.Manage budgets for events, consumables, cleaning, and coffee across your locations.Update and improve the operational handbook for the buildings you oversee.Develop and refine processes that support smoother operations and better member experience.Understand and communicate key policies, compliance needs, and best practices.Work closely with the Buildings Manager to ensure all compliance, health, and safety standards are met.Continuously monitor the look, feel, cleanliness, and atmosphere of your spaces and take initiative to enhance them.Respond appropriately to any building incidents or emergencies.Maintenance & Building CareCarry out regular floor walks to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.Monitor cleaning standards every day and raise any issues with the Buildings Manager.Log and escalate maintenance issues using agreed processes, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Work with the Buildings Manager to schedule repairs and coordinate contractors when needed.Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, and shared areas are restocked and running smoothly.Complete weekly stock takes and report findings.Review consumables to ensure we’re using effective, good-quality, cost-efficient products.What We’re Looking ForA naturally warm, people-oriented person who enjoys creating good experiences for others.Someone self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, the kind of person who spots problems early and solves them before they grow.A team player who cares about community, takes pride in their work, and wants to improve the places they look after.Someone organised, reliable, calm under pressure, and confident communicating with a wide range of people.A values-led individual who aligns with Sandbox’s core principles: honesty, passion, commitment, and happiness.Required2+ years in a customer-facing or operations roleStrong communication skillsCompetent with Google WorkspaceFull UK driving licence and comfortable driving in LondonBonusSales experienceExperience in hospitality, coworking, or propertyExperience running community eventsBenefitsUnlimited holiday10% discretionary annual bonusPrivate health insuranceBeing part of the future of affordable workspaceReal progression opportunities in a company that invests in its peopleWe're a team that genuinely loves coming to work
