Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers and community members, responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and facilitating conversations that strengthen loyalty and trust. The role involves organizing and supporting events or activations, coordinating with internal teams to share community insights, and ensuring consistent messaging across communication channels. The Community Manager will also monitor community sentiment, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key engagement metrics. This position requires a visible presence on-site, fostering relationships and representing Bazareel in a professional and approachable manner.Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse community members in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.Experience in community management, customer service, social media engagement, or related fields that involve direct interaction with audiences.Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events, manage multiple conversations, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.Comfort working on-site in Dubai, with the flexibility to support community activities during peak times, including evenings or weekends if needed.Basic digital literacy and familiarity with online community platforms or social media tools to track engagement and gather feedback.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of community initiatives.Prior experience in retail, events, hospitality, or community-focused roles is an advantage.Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly used in Dubai is a plus.
