Members trade today, do a minimum of $20,000 a month, and are based in the UAE. Coffee every week. One table of twenty eight every month. Workshops taught by operators. One hundred founding members, then the door closes.It is founded by Digital Brand Builders, an ecommerce agency that has launched and exited brands across the US, UK, EU, UAE and Australia.We are looking for one person to run it.What you would actually doOwn the weekly coffee. Same place, same hour, every week, whether six people come or twenty. Consistency is the whole method, and it lives or dies on whether someone is making it happen.Run the monthly table. Venue, seating plan, the speaker, the follow up. Twenty eight people in a room is a logistics job and a judgement job at the same time, because who sits next to who decides whether the night works.Vet applications. Every name that comes through the waiting list gets read and answered within 24 hours. You decide who is an operator and who is a tourist, and you will have to tell people no.Build the calendar. Workshops, sourcing trips, partner events. If you can only execute what you are handed, this is the wrong role. We want someone who arrives with ideas we had not thought of.Keep members warm. Know what each one sells, what they are stuck on, and who in the room can help. The member list is only useful if someone is holding it in their head.Bring in sponsors. Payment providers, 3PLs, freight forwarders and SaaS companies all want access to this room. Packaging that and closing it is part of the job.Who this is forYou have run real events, not just posted about them. Communities, member clubs, conferences, supper clubs, coworking spaces, sports clubs. Anywhere strangers had to turn into regulars.You already live in Dubai and you know the city. Which restaurants have a private room, which venues will comp a space, who to call on a Thursday.You are comfortable around ecommerce people. You do not need to have run a store, but you need to know what a 3PL is and why someone's ad account being shut down ruins their week.You can hold a standard. This club works because of who is not in the room. If you find it hard to turn people down, you will struggle here.You are organised without being asked to be. Nobody is going to check whether you booked the venue.Who this is not forSocial media managers looking to move sideways. This is a people and operations job, not a content job.Anyone who needs a playbook handed to them. There isn't one yet. You are writing it.PracticalitiesBased in Dubai, in person. This job cannot be done remotely, and there is no version of it that works from another city.You need the right to work in the UAE already.
