Team members are encouraged to share knowledge, support customers in making informed health choices, and contribute to a positive impact on the community.Role Description This full-time, on-site Community Pharmacist role is based at AllDay Pharmacy in Batu Berendam, Melaka, with regular collaboration and coordination with the wider team in Kuala Lumpur. The Community Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, provide professional counseling on prescriptions and over-the-counter products, and guide customers on nutrition-focused health solutions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, managing pharmacy inventory, and maintaining proper documentation. The role also involves engaging with customers to promote health empowerment, supporting health promotion activities, and contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clinical pharmacy and medication dispensing skills, including prescription review, drug utilization evaluation, and patient counseling.Candidates should possess knowledge of nutrition-focused care, including basic nutritional counseling, supplement recommendations, and interest in integrative health solutions.Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including clear explanation of treatment plans, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse customers.Candidates should possess organizational and operational skills, including inventory management, stock rotation, and adherence to standard operating procedures.Candidates should possess compliance and safety awareness, including familiarity with local pharmacy regulations, documentation standards, and safe dispensing practices.Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Malaysia; a degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent) is required.Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or shifts as needed, and collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team.Prior community pharmacy or retail pharmacy experience is an advantage; interest in continuous learning and professional development in nutrition and pharmacy practice is highly valued.
