Community Rehabilitation Managers play a central role in making sure services run smoothly, staff are supported, and clients receive the highest quality of care.Role SummaryAs a Community Rehabilitation Manager, you will oversee multiple residential and non-residential programs across Edmonton. You will lead staff teams, support clients’ needs, and serve as the key link between staff, families, guardians, and government representatives.In ICE’s busiest region, the pace is fast and every day is different. You may be reviewing support plans, mentoring staff, responding to urgent issues, managing resources, or meeting with families.
