Company General Manager – SaaS / Technology

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and represent a leading company in the Saudi market.Job Role:The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial performance, business growth, operational execution, strategic relationships, and market development. The role requires a senior business leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to represent the company at executive and industry levels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company’s overall business and operations.Develop strategies to drive growth and market expansion.Oversee business performance and operational efficiency.Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.Lead business development and commercial opportunities.Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships.Represent the company at senior-level meetings and events.Act as the company’s senior representative in Saudi Arabia.Lead and develop the local team and promote high performance.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.Ensure effective execution of business plans and initiatives.Present business performance updates to senior management.Key Requirements:10+ years of professional experienceStrong experience in SaaS / Technology, with exposure to commercial and business operationsPreferably a diverse background combining SaaS and consulting experienceProven track record in business development, commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and client relationship managementStrong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with senior clients, partners, and stakeholdersFluent in Arabic and EnglishBachelor’s degree or higherExperience in Technology, F&B, or Hospitality is an advantage
