As a founding-team environment, the culture is hardworking, collaborative and hands-on β offering high ownership, real impact and a "no passengers" mindset where everyone mucks in.π« Are you a highly organised corporate administrator who can keep the paperwork, compliance and day-to-day operations of a growing business running like clockwork?π Culture Guru is recruiting for a Company Secretary & Office Administrator to join a fast-growing international business at an exciting scale phase within its journey.β This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to play a key role in building out the corporate and administrative backbone of a lean, high-impact team β all from the company's Business Bay office in Dubai.π€ Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;Manage corporate paperwork, documentation and record-keeping across the business.Coordinate bank account openings and liaise with banks, service providers and authorities.Carry out client and counterparty due diligence and KYC in line with US, Canada and Australia market requirements.Maintain accurate, organised filing systems (physical and digital) and company records.Manage diaries, scheduling, meetings and travel arrangements for the leadership team.Coordinate HR administration for locally-based staff, including onboarding, documentation and UAE visa/PRO liaison.Support company secretarial duties such as maintaining registers, minutes and statutory records.Prepare, format and process contracts, agreements and official correspondence.Act as a central point of contact for the office, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.Ensure documentation and processes remain compliant with relevant regulatory requirements across the US, Canada and Australia markets, as well as UAE corporate obligations for the local entity.Assist with ad-hoc administrative, operational and project support as the business scales.π Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;3β5+ years of experience in company secretarial, corporate administration, office management or executive assistant roles.Experience within the UAE (Dubai preferred) and familiarity with local corporate, banking, HR and PRO/visa processes for onboarding locally-based staff is a strong advantage.Hands-on experience with bank account openings, due diligence / KYC and corporate documentation; exposure to US, Canada or Australia client/market requirements is a plus.Strong understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document/file management systems.Experience coordinating HR administration and scheduling for a busy team.Fluency in English is an absolute must (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced start-up/founding environment.Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-oriented.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.π Apply with your CV today to avoid missing the opportunity to join a business at an exciting early stage of growth!
