Company Secretary – Corporate | DublinI’m working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Company Secretary to join a leading corporate team in Dublin.This would particularly suit someone with 3–5 years’ Company Secretarial experience in Ireland who wants to continue developing within a genuinely structured environment where there is clear scope to progress and broaden their experience.The role will offer exposure to a high-quality portfolio of corporate clients and a broad range of company secretarial and governance work, including:

• Board and shareholder meeting support
• Drafting high-quality board minutes
• Corporate governance and Companies Act compliance
• Statutory filings and maintenance of company records
• Resolutions and wider corporate documentation
